Charges Dropped Against Former Oakwood Employee

All charges have been dropped against a Pulaski County woman who was accused of abusing a patient at Oakwood.

Rita Bond was an employee at Oakwood in Somerset, which is the state's largest home for mentally challenged adults.

The Commonwealth Journal reports bond was charged after a patient cut himself with a razor blade while in her care.

Bond went on trial last summer, but it ended in a mistrial.
