Firefighters Rescue Pregnant Woman From SUV

Firefighters were able to rescue a pregnant woman from an SUV after two trucks collided in Corbin Monday afternoon.

The accident happened on the 3041 bypass in Whitley County.

Police tell us a black Chevy Blazer turning left from highway 26 apparently pulled out in front of a truck pulling a horse trailer.

Firefighters had to cut a pregnant woman out of the Blazer.

She was taken to the hospital, but police say she's going to be OK.

One other person suffered minor injuries.
