An eastern Kentucky man accused of dumping septic waste into the Big Sandy River says he is guilty.
David Bowling Sr., who owns Dave's Concrete Products and Septic Service in Paintsville, pleaded guilty to a violation of the federal clean water act.
Bowling admitted to dumping septic waster from a tanker truck into Burnt Cabin Branch Creek, which feeds into the Levisa Fork of the Big Sandy River.
Bowling faces up to three years in prison.
His sentencing is set for February 28th in London Federal Court.
