Man Indicted After Hit And Run Accident

A Southern Kentucky man is indicted in connection to an alleged hit and run.

It happened September 22nd in the Wallins community of Harlan County. Kentucky State Police say a car driven by 30 year old Charles Dozier was driving north on U.S. 119 when he sideswiped a truck, causing it to flip several times and did not stop.

Dozier faces numerous charges including driving under the influence and wanton endangerment. He is being held under a $50,000 dollar full cash bond and police say more indictments are pending.
