Investigators have confirmed the identity of a body, found inside a cabinet, that was sticking out of a pond.
The Clay County coroner's office says the victim is 38-year-old Tammy Sizemore Roberts of Fallrock.
Roberts' uncle, Charles Sizemore, says he found the body in a rural part of Clay County, after receiving a tip that he could find his niece there.
Investigators are still trying to figure out how Roberts died, pending the results of lab reports.
Police say they do suspect foul play in the case.
