The investigation continues after police say a truck driver kidnapped two Kentucky teenagers.
Police arrested 30-year-old Darien McKinley in Ohio over the weekend.
They say a 17-year-old approached the caretaker of an I-75 rest stop, saying she had just been released from a man who kidnapped her.
Police say she told them she wasn't the only victim.
"She told the trooper that she had been taken against her will earlier in the week in Kentucky, and that she had been transported up through Ohio and into Michigan," FBI Supervisory Special Agent Dave Dustin said. "And, at some point, another girl was picked up along the way."
Police later stopped the suspect, McKinley, on I-75. They say he had a 16-year-old with him at the time.
Police and the FBI are now investigating this as a possible case of human trafficking.
