20th Anniversary of Jesse Jackson's First Hazard Visit

Monday marks the 20th anniversary of Jesse Jackson's first visit to Hazard.

The civil rights leader was a Democratic candidate for president at the time. He spoke to supporters at Memorial Gym and later ate at Bailey's, a well known restaurant for years.

In 1999, Jackson returned to Hazard on a trip with President Bill Clinton.
