20 year sentence in drug case

A man will spend 20 years in prison for distributing pills.

The U.S. District Judge sentenced 55-year-old James Marsillett II for operating a continuing criminal enterprise.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says Marsillett admitted that he funded monthly trips for numerous others to go see a Florida doctor in order to get pills.

He then sold the pills in eastern Kentucky.
