Posted: Wed 6:09 PM, Sep 13, 2006

A Laurel County man is arrested on drug charges after a month and a half investigation by the Laurel County Sheriff's Department.

David Howard of Kevee Road, just outside of London, is charged with seven counts of trafficking OxyContin.

The sheriff's department confiscated two thousand dollars cash from Howard and say they've bought more than 250 OxyContin pills from him in the past month and a half.

The Laurel County Sheriff's Department says they're continuing to monitor suspected drug dealers with high traffic around their homes.
