An Eastern Kentucky murder case continued Tuesday.
Cory Chaney is accused of the murder of 26 year old Gregory Dwayne Fleming last year. Fleming's remains were found in a burned out car shortly after his sister reported him missing.
The prosecution started the case against Chaney Tuesday and is expected to continue Wednesday.
