Leaders in Hazard and Perry County were talking about the state of the community and they're saying changes are on the way.
The community leaders spoke on the advances Perry County has made over the years. Mayor Bill Gorman also added some plans for Hazard's future.
The Sykes company is looking to come back to Hazard after having left two years ago to move over seas. The company employed more than 400 people in the past and they will be in town next Tuesday and Wednesday to receive community feedback to help them decide whether to move back to Hazard.
