Congregation Receives Good News After Church Destroyed By Fire

An Eastern Kentucky church congregation may have a new place to worship after their building burned earlier this week.

Pastor Varon Eldridge of Blackey Pentecostal Church in Letcher County says he has been offered a building to use for Sunday services. He says the building is owned by a Letcher County resident near Blackey. He had the chance to tour the building earlier Saturday.

The pastor says a decision will be made Sunday about using it.
