Experts who study airplane accidents say that human error will likely be a factor in the Lexington Flight 5191 crash.

A new study of airplane accidents reports many of the errors that lead to plane crashes are similar to the common mistakes people make in their everyday lives, like losing car keys. Scholars say as many as 80 percent of airplane accidents are caused by human error and they expect it will be one of the leading causes of the August 27th crash of Lexington Flight 5191 that killed 49 people.
