Frankfort, KY - Governor Ernie Fletcher and the Governor's Office for Local Development (GOLD) announced 16 grants from the Kentucky Body Armor Program.
"It is important to the safety of Kentucky's communities that our law enforcement officials be well-prepared," said Governor Fletcher. "These vests are imperative to the safety of our police officers."
