Kentucky State Police have made no charges in the shooting death of a Harlan County man last weekend.

Police say 39 year old Mark Vanwinkle died from a gunshot wound to the head after he and his uncle, 52 year old Harry Vanwinkle, allegedly exchanged gunfire. Police say Harry was shot in the abdomen and was treated at the U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville.

K.S.P. have not charged him in the shooting and they say are continuing to investigate the incident.
