The Bell-Whitley community action agency broke ground today for a brand new facility in Pineville. The agency helps find jobs for the unemployed. It also provides heating and cooling assistance for local residents. The agency's director, Peggy Capps says it was expanding services . . and needed more room.
"We've brought new partners in," says Capps. "It's going to allow us to expand services even more."
The new building will house a one-hundred and twenty five person training room which other area organizations and civic groups will also be able to use.
