LKLP is known for helping eastern Kentuckians not only find jobs, but helping people get to those jobs or where ever they need to go.
Now, the organization has a new hub in Hyden.
LKLP showed off its new transit center and parking facility Thursday.
Officials say the location will serve as a central point for those who need a ride from an LKLP vehicle.
"It provides a place to where they can come and park, at least get to this point, and then we can provide a low cost mean of transportation," Rick Baker said.
After Thursday's ribbon cutting ceremony, LKLP staff members and local officials boarded a van and drove into the new parking lot for the first time.
