The family of a Comair Flight 5191 crash victim is now adding Delta Airlines and the maker of the plane to its lawsuit.

The family of Cecil Moscoe says many victims might have survived if the plane had not burst into flames. The attorney who filed the original suit, Stanley Chesley of Cincinnati, says autopsy reports concluded most of the 49 deaths were caused by fire. The suit also claims that the aircraft was defective because it did not include a runway awareness system to alert pilots they were on the wrong runway.

At least 13 other lawsuits have been filed in connection to the Comair crash.
