Kentucky Alcohol and Beverage control officials met Tuesday in Frankfort to discuss possible violations at an eastern Kentucky restaurant.
An ABC spokesperson says Angels and Wings in Corbin failed to provide required records showing sales figures.
Restaurants serving alcohol in Corbin must maintain at least 70 percent of their sales from food.
ABC officials are also looking into an alleged incident where police say a 15 year old was served alcohol by her mother at the bar.
ABC officials could fine Angels and Wings, suspend, or even revoke its alcohol license.
No decision was made Tuesday.
Officials have 90 days to make a ruling.
