He spent two months hiding from police in the eastern Kentucky woods and now he'll spend the next 12 years in prison.
A federal judge in Lexington sentenced Eddie Baker Senior on several drug and weapons charges.
He pleaded guilty to the crimes this summer.
Police arrested Baker in March after he spent two months hiding out in the mountains near his Breathitt County home.
During his time on the run, he sent several written and video messages to the media claiming his innocence.
The judged also sentenced Baker's son on drug charges, he will serve five years in prison.
