Grand Jury Indicts Man After Allegedly Shooting At Police

A grand jury has indicted a man who police say they shot after he shot at them.

Police say Eddie Wayne Gray shot at them and struck their K-9 after a nearly two hour stand-off in July. A Bell County deputy sheriff shot Gray, who received non life threatening injuries. Gray was indicted for criminal intent to kill an officer and second degree assault of a service animal.

He's already serving time on other charges and will be back in Bell Circuit Court in January.
