Another worker at Kentucky's largest home for mentally challenged adults is in trouble with the law.
Christina Branscum has been arrested on charges that she abused residents at Oakwood in Somerset. Prosecutors say four residents were abused on three different occasions between May and July. In one case, Branscum is accused of using a toilet to inflict abuse.
"Well, obviously the allegation of putting a person's head in a toilet, then flushing it, that's an offensive allegation. Anyone would find offense to that," said Pulaski County Commonwealth Attorney Eddy Montgomery.
Branscum has since been released from jail on bond and she will be in court on January 18th.
