A Somerset man will spend the next five years in prison after pleading guilty to abusing his two mentally disabled adult daughters.
Johnny D. Burton, 54, pleaded guilty to six felony counts of first-degree criminal abuse.
Circuit Judge David Tapp imposed the five-year sentence on Burton Friday.
Officials at the Pulaski County sheriff's office say when they arrested Burton last year... his daughters had been handcuffed and at times bound with ropes.
Officials say the women also hadn't been fed properly and were severely malnourished.
