Officials About To Begin Wolfe Creek Dam Repairs

Officials at Lake Cumberland are about to begin repairs on the Wolfe Creek Dam.

Reports have indicated that the dam is breaking. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are planning to lower the water levels in the lake to fix the dam.

People are concerned that lowering the levels could sit boats out to dry and be bad for tourism.

Wolfe Creek Dam is the largest man made dam in the state.
