Family members of a murdered Magoffin County woman say they are planning memorial services while they wait for her autopsy to be completed. Officials say Brandy Rowe's body was found Saturday in a Breathitt County creek. Sunday, Rowe's family says they remember her as a happy and outgoing person and they're relieved to finally bring her home.
"She'll be here by tomorrow night sometime and then we'll be able to sit up with her one night before they bury her," said Rowe's Aunt Janet Marshall.
Police say Don Reed, Paul "Spanky" Arnett, and Linda Risner Arnett are all charged in connection to Rowe's murder. Police say Rowe was shot to death on December 23rd and dumped in a Magoffin County creek.
The case has been sent to the grand jury.
