Former Pineville Mayor Enters Secretary Of State Race

FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - Two more Democrats have filed candidacy
papers to run for the nomination for secretary of state.
Former Pineville Mayor Bruce Hendrickson and Daymar College
teacher MaDonna Jean White of Louisville were among today's
last-day entrants.
Hendrickson is a teacher and former football coach at Pineville
High School in southeastern Kentucky. He and White will face
Georgetown businessman Dick Robinson in the May 22nd primary.
Robinson is the only other Democrat in the race.
Incumbent Secretary of State Trey Grayson, who is seeking
re-election, is the lone Republican in the race.
