He's a small town football player from the mountains now gearing up to play on the center stage of the Super Bowl.
Chicago Bears Running Back Thomas Jones grew up in Big Stone Gap, Virginia where he set several state rushing records at Powell Valley High School. It's a place that he still holds close to his heart and continues to give back to the community.
"He's a very integral part of this community as well as Chicago right now. But we're just proud of everything he's accomplished," said David Lee, Principal of Powell Valley High School.
"We were so excited and overwhelmed by the whole idea of him going to the Super Bowl finally, because that's his dream, him and Julius both," said Katrice Jones, Thomas' sister.
Thomas Jones' brother, Julius, is also a starting running back, for the Dallas Cowboys.
Coming up on Sports Overtime Saturday Night, we'll take a much closer look at Jones, and how he'll be representing all of the mountains in the Super Bowl.
