Knox County Man Sentenced To Twenty Years In Prison

A Knox County man will spend twenty years behind bars without probation.

Jack Lake was convicted of second degree manslaughter in the shooting death of Kenneth Vanover on New Year's Eve in 2004.

During last month's, trial the prosecution argued that Lake started a shootout between him and Kenneth Vanover at Vanover's trailer. But Jack Lake's defense attorney says Lake shot Vanover to death in self defense.
