Officials say underground caverns could be a problem as they make repairs to the Wolf Creek Dam.
They say they want to pour concrete into all underground gaps and build a long wall to seal off any leaks in the dam which holds back Lake Cumberland. But some doubt officials will be able to seal off all the water.
Part of the problem comes from underground limestone caverns the dam was built on.
Some experts don't think repairs will be able to control the movement of water through those caves.
