A former North Laurel high school basketball player will not be back on the court...
A Laurel county judge ruled that the player didn't have enough evidence of any alleged wrongdoing by school officials when he was kicked off the team.
The player was asking to be allowed to play again.
He was one of four players who allegedly locked another student out of his hotel room, stripped him of his clothes, took pictures and threatened to put them on the internet.
Those students were allowed to return to school.
School officials say this has been a difficult time for everyone involved and they want to move forward.
The boy's lawyer says in a written statement that they are disappointed in the outcome.
