Perry County Community Ministries in Hazard receives a $400,000 grant from the Kellogg Foundation for a project called 20-20.
It's a plan to further develop the community in the next 20 years.
Gerry Roll with Community Ministries says they've interviewed hundreds of people in focus groups.
Some of the things they hope to do is influence downtown revitalization as well as economic, governmental and educational development.
Roll says this project isn't about change, but they hope to get the community involved in moving the city forward.
