Man Accused To Killed Two People In Accident Enters Plea

An Eastern Kentucky man accused of killing two people in a traffic accident last year was arraigned Thursday.

Anthony Franks pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder, assault, and driving under the influence. Police say Franks was speeding when his vehicle went airborne before landing in a front yard in Christopher. Franks' wife, 28 year old Megan Bradley Franks and 17 year old Tiffany Hall died. Two other passengers were injured.

Franks remains in jail under a one million dollar bond.

A pre-trial conference is set for May 3rd.
