Flu level raised to widespread in KY

The CDC and Kentucky Department for Public Health says the flu activity in the state has increased from regional to widespread.

That's the highest level of flu activity.

Doctors say having such a high level of cases in mid-September is a bit uncommon, but it's likely increased because of H1N1.

Doctors say your best bet to ward off the flu, is to get your flu shot.
