Kentucky officials are quadrupling their original order of the H1N1 vaccine.
Health officials say it still might not be available to the general public until the end of the month.
Kentucky already has 11 thousand nasal spray vaccines, but those will go to health care workers who are at high risk of the flu.
With this latest order, the total number of vaccines available in the state will be 72 thousand.
