A man accused of kidnapping his wife from a Floyd County gas station is indicted.
In January, police say Charles LeMaster came to his wife's work at a BP station and forced her into his truck at gunpoint. She later escaped and he was caught two days later at a relative's house in Johnson County.
The grand jury returned ten counts against LeMaster. Charges include kidnapping, unlawful imprisonment, and attempted murder.
He is scheduled for arraignment on Friday.
