William Starr, also known as Billy Sartin, the Martin county man accused of shooting three people, killing two in September was back in court Thursday.
It's the first time after having a mental evaluation. Several months ago, a judge ordered the evaluation to determine if he is competent for trial.
Court officials say the evaluation is complete but some documents aren't in his file yet.
The judge wants the rest of the documents in the file before the hearing.
He scheduled it for April 5th.
