School Cleaning After Staph Infections

Mckee Elementary is extra clean today after two students were diagnosed with staph infections yesterday.

Jackson County school officials say after having two confirmed cases of staph, they sent notes home to parents, letting them know about the infection.
After school, the staff sterilized the entire building.

School officials say attendance was only down two percent at Mckee Elementary today.
Health officials say the best way to prevent a staph infection is using soap and water
