A man accused of putting an explosive device in his own car faced a judge Monday morning.
Randy Back was arraigned in Magoffin county on charges of use of a weapon of mass destruction and wanton endangerment. Police found the explosives in his car in a shopping center in front of where he worked last week. 100 people were evacuated while the bomb squad diffused the device. Back told us last week he didn't do it. The judge set a preliminary hearing for next week. He's being held on a 100-thousand dollar bond.
