Man leads police on high speed chase

A man leads police on a high speed chase for nearly 20 miles.

It started when police tried to stop the suspect on I-75, in Georgetown.

He led them to the bypass in Paris, where he crashed into an SUV carrying six people, including children.

Police arrested the driver, Russell Gibson.

Police say this isn't the first time Russell Gibson has been arrested for driving under the influence in fact, court records show he spent time in jail in 1997 for a fourth DUI in 5 years, and was convicted of a second offense in 5 years, just last year.
