Teddy Keith Hurst, 40, was charged with murder and three counts
of attempted murder, Whitley County Jailer Ken Mobley said.
Police in Whitley County received a call at 7:20 a.m. EDT that a

Hodge said police located Hurst, of Frakes in Bell County,
during a manhunt Wednesday afternoon near the house where the
shooting occurred.

injuries, Hodge said. His son, Jerry Wayne Prewitt, 51, and Deborah
