Explosive Device Case Goes To Grand Jury

A grand jury will hear the case against a man accused of putting an explosive device in his own car in Magoffin county last month.

33 year old Randy Back pleaded not guilty to charges of using a weapon of mass destruction and wanton endangerment. The judge sent the case to the grand jury. Police say back put the explosive device in his SUV in a shopping center parking lot. At least 100 people were evacuated while the bomb squad diffused it. Back told us in an interview last month that *his ex-wife* set him up.
We couldn't contact his wife for comment.
