The PRIDE spring cleanup is underway in Perry county.
Today in Buckhorn, organizers focused their attention on moving out junk cars that litter people's yards. The group estimates that it will be able to sell nearly 80 tons of the scrap metal to junk yards... with the proceeds split between senior citizens and march of dimes. PRIDE coordinator Rosa Couch says it's all about revealing the natural beauty in this area.
County Judge Executive Denny Ray Noble was also on hand. In fact, the judge let PRIDE use his own truck to load up the cars.
