Judge Sets Trial Date For Man Accused Of Causing Deadly Accident

A judge denies a motion to reduce bond and sets a trial date for a man accused of causing a deadly accident.

Anthony Franks is charged with two counts of murder, assault and driving under the influence.

He pleaded not guilty in February.

Police say Franks was speeding when his vehicle went airborne before landing in a front yard in the Christopher community of Perry County. Franks' wife, 28 year old Megan Bradley Franks and 17 year old Tiffany Hall died. Two other passengers were injured.

His trial is set for August 13th.
