New Developments In Attorney Generals Lawsuit Against Oil Company

New developments in the attorney generals lawsuit against Marathon Oil and two of it's subsidiaries.

Last week, Stumbo filed a suit alleging the oil refinery overcharged Kentuckians by nearly 90 million dollars during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The company filed a countersuit against the attorney general and his office saying Kentucky's price gouging law in unconstitutional.
