Rhonda Justice was accused of causing her four year old son's death because she wasn't properly watching him. He drowned in a neighbor's pool.
Justice was found guilty of second degree manslaughter Monday afternoon.
The Appalachian News Express reports Circuit Judge Steve Combs will decide how long Justice will spend behind bars since jurors couldn't agree on a sentence. That will happen August 31st.
Justice could receive up to ten years in jail.
