Kentucky Hardwood Lumber Company fire

Three fire departments were needed to put out a fire Sunday, at a Southern Kentucky saw mill.

The flames broke out late Sunday morning, at "Kentucky Hardwood Lumber Company," in Pulaski County, near Somerset.

At one point, firefighters were worried about an explosion, because the fire got dangerously close to some hydraulic fluid on the property.

But crews were quickly able to get the fire knocked down, without anyone being hurt.

Firefighters say much of the building where the fire started was destroyed, as was half of the equipment stored inside.

No word yet on what caused the fire.
