A man who's been dealing with Perry County's water problems is retiring after more than 30 years on the job.
Hazard Mayor Bill Gorman says City Manager Paul Feltner will retire from city government, effective Friday.
Feltner tells us he's been thinking about retirement for some time and his decision has nothing to do with the current water problems.
Feltner says he plans to help out in the family's home and garden store.
Carlos Combs, the Superintendent of Public Works, is the interim city manager.
