A long-time Perry County official plans to plead guilty in a vote fraud scheme.
The attorney for Chester Jones filed a motion Thursday for a re-arraignment.
A date has not been set.
Jones was indicted last year with former Perry County Judge Executive Sherman Neace on charges they schemed to defraud the county democratic party and mailed a false campaign spending report to cover it up.
Neace has already pleaded guilty in the case.
Jones told us right after he was indicted that he did not do anything wrong and compared the FBI to Nazis.
