Former Wildcat faces ticket scam charges in Johnson County

Former UK basketball player Derrick Miller appeared in court in Johnson County Friday to face ticket scam charges.

Miller pleaded not guilty to two counts of theft by deception in Johnson County.

He is accused of taking money in exchange for basketball tickets he never delivered.

Miller already pleaded guilty to similar charges in Clark County.

The judge set a pre-trial conference for next month.
