Courtroom Outburst Lands One Man Behind Bars

A Floyd County man is back in jail after officers say he threatened to kill both the judge and the assistant county attorney during an outburst in court Friday afternoon.

The sheriff says Kenny Hamilton was arrested for violating his DUI home incarceration sentence. District Judge Eric Hall ordered him to jail and the sheriff says that's when Hamilton screamed he would kill both the judge and Assistant County Attorney Jimmy Ray Marcum and burn down their houses when he was out of jail.

Hamilton faces several threat charges.
